At Fuji CAC, we promote a culture of well-being, so we always attach importance to taking care of the health and spirit of our employees. The annual Company Trip is one of these welfare activities. In September 2024, we organized a company trip with the participation of all employees and their relatives in Mui Ne, Phan Thiet coastal city. The trip aimed to strengthen engagement between members and to show gratitude for their tireless efforts over the past year.
We had many exciting experiences together during that 3-day, 2-night trip, when we overcame the "obstacles" in the Team Building program, or were full of enthusiasm on the football competition field, and then were able to relax with the golden sunshine, blue sea and white sand. Finally, we joined in the exciting atmosphere of the memorable Gala night.
After the trip, we believe that the members will be more engaged with each other. At Fuji CAC, we not only place our engagement with our employees but also with their relatives, because that is the solid support for them to work with peace of mind in the best way.
