Power. Control.
Movement, coordinated.

Port crane electrical and control systems, mechanical and equipment-installation interfaces, drives, monitoring and modernisation.

Crane makers & port operators

Specialist systems.
Connected delivery.

Fuji CAC works with crane manufacturers to coordinate electrical, mechanical and equipment-installation interfaces, integrating electrical, control and crane management systems for ship-to-shore (STS) and rubber-tyred gantry (RTG) cranes.

For port operators, our scope covers equipment assessment, drive and control upgrades, commissioning, troubleshooting and practical training.

Electrical & control systems for six STS cranes

Integration of crane electrical systems, including Fuji Electric motors, drive and control panels, PLC/SCADA/LCMS programming, electrical commissioning and operator training for six rail-mounted quay cranes.

  • Basic and detailed electrical design; Fuji Electric motors and accessories for precise motion control of the main hoist, trolley, boom and gantry mechanisms.
  • PLC, converter, reactor and inverter panels fabricated at Fuji CAC’s workshop.
  • PLC/SCADA programming, drive parameter settings and a Crane Management System (CMS).
  • Commissioning of the crane electrical systems at the manufacturer’s factory and port; end-user training, warranty and after-sales service.

Using standard Fuji Electric components can simplify maintenance and spare-parts management, helping owners control operating and lifecycle costs.
